About Me

My name is Sergio Briceno I am a Engineer at Pelham Batesville Fire department in Greer SC been in the fire service for 5 years now. I started Station fitness in 2025 to inspire other firefighters to get out and train , to not only improve them with their jobs but to help them with their overall health. If I can change someone life and make them better then I have accomplished my overall goal. I love fitness , I love training and pushing my self. I truly believe that we have the best job in the world , stay safe my fellow brothers and keep grinding.
